Guide

Start small. Make it real.

A student venture does not need to be perfect to begin. It needs a clear problem, a simple offer, a way for people to find it, and proof that you are doing the work.

Blueprint

The starter structure

Use this before you overthink logos and names for six hours.

01

Problem

Who are you helping and what is annoying, missing, confusing, expensive, or underserved for them?

02

Audience

Pick one group first: students, parents, athletes, local businesses, clubs, nonprofits, tutors, or creators.

03

Offer

What do you actually provide? A service, resource, event, club, product, content, coaching, or support.

04

Page

Make a one-page website, form, or profile that explains it and lets people respond.

05

Outreach

Make a list and contact real people. This is where the venture becomes alive.
